What Benylin Original Is And What It Is Used For

For the relief of cough.

Dosage

Adults: One to two medicine measures every 3-4 hours. Children 6 to 12 years: 2,5 ml - 5 ml every 4 hours.

How To Take

A maximum of four doses per day should not be exceeded. This medicine may lead to drowsiness and impaired concentration which may be aggravated by the simultaneous intake of alcohol or other central nervous system depressant agents.

What Benylin Original Contains

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 12,5 mg, Ammonium chloride 125,0 mg per 5ml syrup.

Other Ingredients

L-Menthol, sodium citrate hydrous, denatured alcohol-menthol (consists of ethanol 97 %, L-menthol and water purified), sugar granulated, glucose liquid 42 BE, glycerine, citric acid hydrous, saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, ponceau 4R, caramel clarkes 48000, sodium benzoate, raspberry flavour PHL 086772, H & R special flavour 60508, water purified.
